This place doesn`t believe in air conditioning. Everyone sits and complains atsui da ne! (it`s so hot!) but then they just sit there with the air conditioner, off, right next to them. It`s hilarious. In the car, at school, at home, it`s all the same. And it`s hot. It hit 35 degrees!
