"Any world traveler is aware of this mysterious phenomenon. Scientists have long tried to explain it. John McClellen came up with a theory in 1957 called the Whirling Wires Theory. It states that when left unattended, wires levitate in the air, then make a giant tornado dance party. Then sit back down in the same place."
